Classics Prawn Cocktail

Thai chicken patties, chilli dipping sauce

Potato, caramelised onion & thyme Frittata

MAIN COURSES

Traditional Roast Turkey ~ sliced turkey breast, bacon wrapped chipolatas, chestnut & apricot stuffing, served with roast potatoes, gravy & cranberry sauce, seasonal vegetables

Venison, Port & mushroom pie ~ diced venison in a rich Port gravy under a puff pastry lid, served with whole grain mustard mash, seasonal vegetables

Lemon Sole Florentine ~ fillet of Lemon Sole topped with a cheese sauce on a bed of spinach served with lemon bread, seasonal vegetables                                                                 Green Thai Curry ~ a sweet potato & lentil curry served with Jasmine rice, seasoned yoghurt & red onion & cucumber relish

DESSERTS

Christmas pudding served with Brandy butter, cream or custard (please select)

Lemon meringue & white chocolate cheesecake

Vanilla ice cream topped with caramel or mango sauce (please select)

Venison, Port & mushroom pie ~ diced venison in a rich Port gravy under a puff pastry lid, served with baked onion with a sage, olive & breadcrumb topping, seasonal vegetables

Lamb Fillet ~ medallions of Lamb coated in an Egyptian dry marinade of seeds & nuts, watercress, roasted beetroot & pomegranate salad, served with                                         sauté potatoes, seasonal vegetables

Lemon Sole Florentine ~ fillet of Lemon Sole topped with a cheese sauce on                       a bed of spinach served with lemon bread, seasonal vegetables
